Split Diamante rings Wedding Cake

Cake size 10″ 8″ and 6″

Diamante is becoming very popular not only for wedding cake decorations but also as a theme at people’s venues.

For the 10 inch cake a moist Belgian chocolate sponge with chocolate butter cream filling, and then covered with a delicate ivory fondant. The 8 inch tier is a victoria sponge, filled with a raspberry and butter cream filling and finally it is covered in ivory fondant. For the 6 inch cake we used our rich moist fruit cake with marzipan and fondant coating with a lustre effect. To add sparkle to the cake we decorated each cake with gold organza ribbon and diamante details in the centre of each bow then finished off with gold and ivory flowers and ribbon on the top of each cake.

The cake was delivered to the brides venue in derbyshire and the price included delivery, knife spray and table decor.
