Heart wedding cake

Cake sizes 12″ Round, 10″ Tear drop, 6″ Heart

We wanted to design this cake with a difference using three shaped cakes to give it a unique look. For the base cake we used a rich moist fruit sponge coated with white fondant and decorated with frills and bows around the cake. The middle tier, is a tear drop, made from a beautiful lemon sponge with soft lemon butter cream filling and coated in white fondant with details of dots around the sides of the cake. For the top tier we used a chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache filling, finished off with white fondant and decorated with white roses.
