Blue satin bow 4 tier wedding cake

Cake size 12″ 10″ 8″ & 6″
Each cake is 4 inch high (standard size is 3inch)
Approx portions 200 (large)

This beautiful 4 tier wedding cake is made up with a moist fruit cake for the base tier with marzipan coating, for the second tier a cherry and amaretto sponge with a filling of real vanilla butter cream and cherry conserve which has a marzipan coating. The third tier is made with a rich Belgian white chocolate and lime sponge with a filling of white Belgian butter cream and finally for the top tier we baked our own dark Belgian chocolate orange sponge with chocolate butter cream filling.

Finally all four tiers were coated in white fondant with a diamante chain around the base of each cake and decorated with satin ribbon with bows and diamante buckle in the centre of each bow.
