With this wedding cake the ruffles work well with any number of tiers, with its delicate three layered ruffles finished with a diamanté centre to give it that elegant look, however if you don’t want diamanté we can pipe icing pearls instead.

On the second tier are hand piped flower details with sugar diamanté and tiny blossom flowers, we used cream silk ribbon to complete this beautiful cake.

Ruffles will also make a fabulous decoration for cupcakes iced with butter cream.
