Our customer requested a theme around northern soul , so we designed a 70′s record player with the Northern soul logo and record. This cake is made with real Belgian chocolate sponge and has a filling of real vanilla and chocolate butter cream. The cake is coated in a rich chocolate ganache before decoration.
