3 Tier Birthday Celebration Cake With An Egg Free Tier

For the 10 and 8 inch cakes we used our moist Vanilla Sponge made with real vanilla pods with a filling of strawberry conserve and vanilla butter cream. Oue Egg Free sponge cake was used for the top tier which was made to replicate a hat box. This to was filled with strawbberry conserve and vanilla butter cream. Finally all three tiers were decorated to replicate stacked parcels with a elegant bow loops placed on the top tier.
This cake can be made in a variety of different tiers (Egg Free, Gluten Free, Standard Sponge) and in different flavours.
This customer wanted a borthday cake for 3 people at the same time. Working with what the customer wanted and how they wanted it to look.
