Round 3 tier Brown and pink birthday cake

Cake size 8″ 6″ and 4″

 The base cake is a moist chocolate sponge filled with a rich Belgian chocolate ganache and coated with a brown fondant. It is decorated with pink circles and inscription details.  The middle tier consists of a chocolate sponge with a filling of chocolate butter cream and coated in a pink fondant, with flower details and inscription. Finally the top tier is a Victoria sponge filled with raspberry and vanilla butter cream. The top tier is coated in a white fondant with brown and pink striped details with roses on top to give this cake a touch of elegance.

This cake was for a customer’s mother who was celebrating her 60^th birthday in Ilkeston, Derby, Derbyshire. Congratulations to their mum. The cake was baked the day before the occasion and all details were added on the morning of the birthday.
